Next turn to Day Four and carry out your arm massage regime.

4. Autogenic relaxation

Then lie down and give yourself 10 minutes’ autogenic relaxation recommended for Group 1, Day One. Autogenics may well prove a useful end to your relaxation response sessions from now on. That is, if you have mastered this particular type of relaxation.

On Day Eight you went through half of your consolidated self-massage routine. Now you complete the process by returning to your Day One routine, but in a slightly new form.

Having built up a whole body regime on Day Eight, take it as far as the Nape of neck massage (exercise 2).

2. Hand massage (Oriental)

Then, instead of going on to practise the Day Four routine, repeat Day Three Oriental regime.

Now move on to Day Seven and practise the Hip massage ‘hula hula’ movement.

Finally, turn to Day One, Group 1, and practise the autogenic method exercises recommended there.

It is worthwhile making this tour of the sections today, for Day Ten is the last day of the course and time for you to make your final selection of what is best for you. You must choose for yourself the procedures that bring about the relaxation response in you, and also better and more comfortable living.
