No serious side effects were reported in any group. SHR Yoga poses photography -5 showed modest but significant effectiveness in treating patients with mild to moderate depression when administered Yoga poses photography over six weeks in doses of 340 or 680 mg/day. We routinely use R. rosea as a complementary treatment in depression because it increases mental and physical energy, which are often low. It also improves mood and stress tolerance. Prescription antidepressants tend to alleviate negative mood states, but often fall short of producing a positive mood. Many patients report that with the addition of R. rosea, they experience a sense of well-being with increased impetus to get up and do things.
