Yoga for General Achiness

When we’re dealing with general achiness all over it’s really important to get our circulation going so why don’t we take a couple of half Sun Salutations and a couple of standing poses in a very gentle way I’m sure, if you’re feeling achy this is maybe the last thing you want to be doing. But resist that tendency to sit on the couch stand up and join us hands to heart center ground through the feet come back on the heels feel yourself nice and strong here.

And then we inhale the arms out and up reaching for the sky. And we exhale bend the knees into a forward bend inhale halfway lift lengthen the spine exhale forward fold then we’ll inhale all the way back up and exhale hands to heart center you can do that a couple of times and that will really get the blood moving then we move into a couple of standing poses. So we come into warrior we’re going to bend the knee over to the baby toe side of the foot and we’re pressing down into this back foot here we inhale the arms up energize the legs energize the glutes straight in the front knee turn the toes forward.

And then the opposite foot comes out bending the knee over to the baby toe side of the foot energize the legs energize the glutes straighten the front knee turn the toes forward and, if you take a couple of those warrior poses you will also start to feel the lymph moving the blood flowing and you’ll feel more energized and more at ease in your body I’m Deborah divine for healingyoga you.
