What are your favourite organic skin care products?
I regularly use organic bath salts. I’ve been using bath salts since I was a dancer to soak my muscles and feet after a performance. I still like to use them now even though I’m not dancing. My very favourite organic product is the luxurious Sanctuary Lipid Recovery Facial Oil. It is 98% organic and is such a treat for my skin. It intensively hydrates my skin overnight so I massage it into my skin every evening and it has transformed my skin and has given me a healthy, radiant glow. Since trying this facial oil I’ve been converting all of my friends to facial oils!
Do you believe in body scrubbing?
I believe in body scrubbing all over regularly. I use the Sanctuary Resurface & Refine Ultra Polish a few times a week and it has tiny grains so it doesn’t even feel like you’re using a scrub. It’s so gentle that you can use it daily and it leaves my skin really soft and smooth. And it smell delicious -it has citrus scents so it wakes me up in the morning!

What’s in your makeup bag, and do you have any favourite products?
‘Bourjois Delice de Soleil bronzer’ – I’m using this during the day at the moment as I’m just back from holiday but otherwise I would only apply bronzer in the evening. ‘Becca Cream Blush’ is a gorgeous cream blush which you rub onto your cheeks with your fingertips to give a naturally dewy glow. ‘Laura Mercier Lip Glace Levres Glacees’ – this lipgloss stays put and gives my lips a nice shine and ‘Benefit ooh la lift’ -to brighten
How do you look after yourself?
I believe in a healthy lifestyle, lots of outdoor activities and lots of sleep. Plus applying good skincare products to the outside to help nourish and protect from the elements, underneath my eyes. Maybelline Falsies Mascara – this is my favourite mascara and gives my lashes extra volume and length.
What’s your current exercise regimen?
I walk the dogs every morning and I try to do two dance classes a week, not ballet classes. Latin burn or Zumba or Salsa. I find the classes are a nice way to release energy.
