From the lunge pose, lift your arms straight out to the sides, and continue lifting them up towards the ceiling until both hands are above your head with arms straight and palms together. Swivel your back foot so that it is at an angle that enables you to place it flat on the floor. Your head should be back so that you are looking at your hands. You will inhale gett’ng into this pose in power yoga.
