Remain sitting on the floor in the Leg massage position.
a. If you can do so comfortably, massage between each toe, and finally pull the toe away from the foot gently before rotating the toe five times.
b. Then stretch out the foot straight and slap it down flat on to the floor five times, holding the knee to reinforce the action.
Repeat with other foot five times.
Have 10 pendulum breaths while sitting on the floor.
6. Arm relaxation
Sit in a chair, take 10 more pendulum breaths and then carry out the arm relaxation routine learned on Day
